Get to know us and taste it with us…
We are in a privileged place at the foot of the Picos de Europa, in the Liébana Valley, about five kilometers from Potes. Taking the CA-184 road (from Potes towards Palencia) you will reach our small town called Cabariezo, to which we have dedicated the name of our brand with affection …
We offer you to share our history, and to know a unique winery-distillery set, in the guided tours where we explain both processes, the winemaking and distillation, ending with a tasting of wines and liquors accompanied by some other local products.
We have a wide schedule of visits every day of the week (including weekends and holidays) and a shop open to the public where you can buy our products and some others from the area, such as cheese, cured meat and homemade jams; and also we have spaces dedicated to wine therapy, wine bar and cocktail bar where you can always find special gifts.
If you pass by Liébana … do not forget that a shot or a glass of wine to share here is never absent!
Guided visits
Visiting Hour:
Visiting period starts on o´clock hours lasting about sixty minutes. We have limited access so we advise you to book in advance.
- From october to may: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 13 h and 18 h
- From june to september: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Morning 12 h and 13 h, afternoons, 17 h 18 h and 19 h.
- On Tuesdays will be open for customer service and sale, there isn´t visits because of staff rest (except july and august)
- Saturday and holiday: Mornings 12 h and 13 h, afternoons: 17 h, 18 h and 19 h.
- Sunday: Morning 12 h and 13 h, afternoon on july and august: 17 h and 18 h
- Rest of the year sunday afternoons close.
The visits start at the hour and last approximately 1 hour.
If it is a large group, please confirm the visit in advance.
From November to April – From Monday to Friday:
Visits at 13 h. and 18 h.
From May to October – From Monday to Friday:
Morning: Visits at 12 h. and 13 h.
Afternoon: Visits at 5:00 p.m. and 18 h.
Saturdays and Holidays:
Morning: Visits at 12 h. and 13 h.
Afternoon: Visits at 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 19 h.
Sundays:
Morning: Visits at 12 h. and 13 h.
Afternoon: During July and August visits at 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m.
Rest of the year closed on Sunday afternoons.
